About the Workshop
Inducible systems across chemistry, biology, biophysics and materials science.
MCCS2026 will bring together leading international researchers from India, Germany, and Japan working at the interface of chemistry, biology, biophysics, and materials science.
The workshop will focus on inducible and spatiotemporally controlled systems that enable precise activation and real-time interrogation of molecular and cellular processes.
Through the convergence of chemical biology, synthetic biology, materials science, and advanced microscopy, the meeting will highlight emerging concepts and approaches to understand the mechanistic principles governing complex biological systems and to link molecular architecture with dynamic function across space and time.
The workshop will also serve as a platform to strengthen Indo-German collaborations, foster interdisciplinary exchange, and catalyze new joint research initiatives.
